Request a Catalogue

Email Address: Account Number: Contact Name: Your account number can be found any documents we have sent you or by logging into your web account. Your account name is the name of your organisation. E.g. Ringwood School.

You need to be a customer of Consortium in order to receive our catalogue. If you're already a customer please enter your details for delivery. We will send out your catalogue as soon as possible.

If you're not already a customer of Consortium please apply for an account using our online registration form. Once your account is set up we will send out your catalogue.
