In order to protect our customer care team we have fewer advisors than normal right now which means that it may take us a little longer than usual to answer your calls and we will respond to your e-mails as quickly as possible. With reduced resources our opening hours are currently 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday


We are still delivering all orders however it may take us a little longer than usual due to the additional safety measures we have implemented in our distribution centres and the fewer number of colleagues that we have working currently. Because of this and additional measures taken by our carriers it may take us a little longer than usual to deliver your orders.

The World Health Organisation has declared the COVID-19 outbreak (or the Coronavirus as it is also known) a public health emergency of international concern that can be characterised as a Pandemic, with the UK Chief Medical Officers assessing the risk as moderate and suggesting that the UK Government plan for all eventualities.

Whilst the situation is changing daily, at RM we would like to reassure our customers, suppliers, partners and employees, in the UK and around the world, that we are treating this with all seriousness; and we are monitoring the situation as it unfolds. We continue to align our response with guidance from Government and public health authorities and are taking business continuity measures to ensure that we are well prepared as the situation develops.

We are working with our customers in helping them to continue to serve their students and customers in these uncertain times – in sharing knowledge, advice and best practice. We aim to ensure that organisations receive the same professionalism, care and service level that they have come to expect from us, whilst also looking after the health and wellbeing of our employees in playing our part in tackling this global challenge.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding how COVID-19 impacts your service from RM please do raise them with your usual RM customer contact point and we will address them as rapidly as possible.

With the Prime Minister’s announcement to close schools, we recognise that this will be a difficult and disruptive time for our customers. As your specialist supplier, we would like to assure you that we are continuing to provide you with the resources you require, to support through this time.

Our distribution and call centres are open as usual, and the business is fully operational. Any orders will be processed and delivered as usual and we will continue to provide the high standards of service that you expect from us. To support with school closures our team of experts have put together 3 curriculum-focused, independent learning resources to support EYFS, KS1 and KS2. These include over 120 home learning activities all planned and prepared. These activities are free to download here.

As a responsible employer, we are committed to the wellbeing and safety of our colleagues. In line with the government’s guidance, we have put a number of measures in place to create a safe working environment for our employees whilst ensuring that we do not compromise service. This includes a comprehensive restriction in non- essential travel, facilitating working from home for a significant number of our employees and the introduction of heightened hygiene and cleaning activities across all of our sites.
