Ordering Frequently Asked Questions

You will need to be logged in to place an online order, registering for an online account is quick and easy just select register from the login menu at the top right hand corner of any page. Then simply build a basket of products either by browsing the website or using our Quick Order form and go to checkout.

Quick order allows you to add a number of items to your basket quickly and easily by using the products codes of your required items.

Simply click on our Quick Order button in the top right hand corner of any page and you will be directed to an online equivalent of an order form.

When a product code is added, the description will automatically appear, so you are assured that you're ordering the right product. You can enter as many products as you like to our Quick Order form and when you're happy, click 'Add to Basket' at which point you will be taken to your basket of goods where you can proceed to checkout as normal.

If you are logged in to your account and add items to your basket, these items will remain there until you either remove them or proceed to checkout, even if you log out. You can also use our Shopping List feature to save items you might want to purchase later.

After logging in to your account you will be directed to your personal account information, referred to as your My Account. On the left-hand side of the page you will see a number of options, including My Orders.

Order history allows you to view each previous order you have placed with us including any orders placed by phone, fax, email or post and online.

It also gives you the option to reorder single items or an entire list of products. It is particularly useful if you need to place a repeat order at various points throughout the year.

If you have registered your email address with us, we will always send you an email confirmation of your order.

Once an order has been submitted you will not be able to amend any details of that order online with us. If you do need to amend an order, please contact us and a member of our team will be happy to advise you further.

Customers will receive an order acknowledgement for each order processed advising of stock availability at point of order. Where expected despatch dates change, our customer service team will be in contact with you.

There are some products featured in our catalogue and online, which are classed as a non-discountable item (NDI). This means the price for that particular product is protected from the application of any discount or special offer.

This is not a service that we offer as standard, all orders will be delivered by our network of carriers.
