What are your opening hours?

Our Customer Services department is open between Monday and Friday, from 8am to 6pm. During Easter and Christmas our opening hours are subject to change, which will be reflected on our Opening Hours page.

Who do I contact if I have a complaint?

Our experienced customer service advisors will be able to help resolve any issues you may have. If they are unable to deal with your concern in the first instance, they will escalate this for you.

Because we’ve changed our name, our address and our look.

Over the years, WMS and The Consortium have given our customers exactly the same range, quality and service. And, as we got to know each other, it seemed smart to get it together. So we did just that. From now on, we’ll be both be under one new name at a new address (along with a bright new identity and a lovely new logo).
