Can I pay using a purchasing card?

Yes. We fully support payment by use of a purchasing card.

Do your prices include VAT?

All prices shown both online and within our catalogue are excluding VAT.

What are your payment terms?

We are happy to provide a credit account for eligible customers offering a 21 day payment term from date of invoice. We can also take payment by debit, credit or purchasing card for non credit account holders. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for more information.

Where can I request a copy invoice?

If you are registered with a web account you will have access to all your invoices online. Simply log in to your account and click on 'Invoice History' which is displayed on the left-hand side of the page. If you are not yet a web account customer please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to help.

What is eDocumentation?

eDocumentation is a simple way to keep track of all your documents electronically. By opting-in to electronic documentation you can choose to have your statements, invoices – or both – sent to you electronically instead of by post. Please visit our Electronic Documents page for more information.

How do I switch to eDocuments?

All you need to do is opt-in. Please visit our Electronic Documents page where you will be able to choose which documents you would prefer to receive electronically.

What does NDI mean?

There are some products featured in our catalogue and online, which are classed as a non-discountable item (NDI). This means the price for that particular product is protected from the application of any discount or special offer.
