Returns Frequently Asked Questions
We have a no-quibble returns policy. If you want to start a return or you would like a replacement for a product, please fill out our form here.
Our no quibble returns policy means you are welcome to return any item within 14 days of delivery. If we have delivered an incorrect item we will happily replace this for you within 28 days of delivery.
We will never charge you for collecting an unwanted item, however in some instances a restocking charge may apply. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.
All furniture items that are no longer required but are reported within 14 days of delivery will incur a 20% handling and carriage return charge.
Yes, we will only refund the cost of the goods.
We will arrange a convenient date with you for the item(s) to be collected and returned. Once the item(s) have been returned back to us and inspected; we will either issue you with a replacement items(s), credit your invoice account, or refund the card that was originally used to place and which paid for the order. All goods must be returned in the original and undamaged packaging.
The funds should be available within 7 working days of issue, this is dependent on your bank.

Yes, we are unable to accept returns of Apple products, software, personalised products, and Made to Order items for reasons other than being faulty or where damaged upon delivery.
