How do I place an order?

Online ordering is quick, easy and fully secure. Simply log in to your account and build a basket of products. You do need to be a registered web account user to be able to shop online. If you have yet to register you can do so by clicking here.

How do I use fast track ordering?

Fast track ordering allows you to add a number of items to your basket easily and quickly by using the products codes of your required items. Simply click on our Fast Track ordering button and you will be directed to an online equivalent of an order form. When a product code is added the description will automatically appear, so you are assured that you're ordering the right product. You can enter as many products as you like to our fast track ordering form and when you're happy, click 'Add to Basket' at which point you will be taken to your basket of goods where you can proceed to checkout as normal.

Can I save my order for a later date?

If you are logged in to your account and add items to your basket, these items will remain there until you either remove them or proceed to checkout. If you log off our website before proceeding to checkout, the items will be saved in your basket until you visit us again.

How do I see my orders?

After logging in to your account you will be directed to your personal account information, referred to as your 'dashboard'. On the left-hand side of the page you will see a number of options, including 'Order History'.

What is the benefit of viewing my order history?

Order history allows you to view each previous order you have placed with us including any order placed by phone, fax, email or post as well as online. It also gives you the option to reorder single items or an entire list of products. It is particularly useful if you need to place a repeat order at various points throughout the year.

Will I get any confirmation once an order has been placed?

If you have registered your email address with us, we will always send you an email confirmation of your order.

Can I amend my order once it has been submitted?

Once an order has been submitted you will not be able to amend any details of that order online with us. If you do need to amend an order, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to advise you further.

Where can I request a new catalogue?

You can request any of our current catalogues and latest offers by visiting our 'Request a Catalogue' page, where you will have the option to view an electronic version online, as well as request a copy through the post.
